
Christian Education
Bring your children to Church School and attend one of the
six adult classes. The Lillian
Holman, Koinonia, Mary & Martha and Men’s Class study the International
curriculum Judson Bible Journeys for Adults. The Friendship Class is
using A Fisherman Bible Study Guide and the Agape Class this winter
is studying John Ortberg's book "If You Want to Walk on Water, You've
Got to Get Out of the Boat"
This
is an invitation to learning. There
is a place for you.

You and your family are cordially invited to join us in Sunday
School/Bible Study as we come together at 9:15 a.m.
Prospective Members Class
-
The Prospective Member class is held as needed for adults who
wish to explore the meaning of Christian discipleship.

A Pastor's Class is held annually for youth in fifth through
seventh grades.
Friendship Bible Class
-
This class offers varied curriculum for married and single
adults. Most members are at mid-career age.
Agape Class
-
This class offers varied curriculum for married and single
adults. Most members have elementary or Junior High age children. This
class often explores parenting issues.
Holman Class
-
A woman's class using the Judson Adult Bible series. Most
members are long time First Baptist participants.
Koinonia Class
-
A class for men and women using the Judson Adult Bible series.
Most members are at retirement or pre-retirement age.
Mary & Martha Class
-
A woman's class using the Judson Adult Bible series. Various
ages attend.
Men's Bible Class
-
A class for men using the Judson Adult Bible series. Most
members are at retirement or pre-retirement age.
Junior High Class
-
This class uses varied curriculum. Teachers alternate quarterly
or more often.
High School Class
-
This class uses varied curriculum and is often taught by the
Tom Henry and Cheryl Basil.
Graded Classes for Children
-
These classes are grouped according to grade level. Varied
curriculum is used.
