Christine Baird began her career as a church organist in 1971, playing
for a small Presbyterian church in her hometown in northeastern Ohio.
She received her college education at Kent State University, studying organ, piano, and voice, with a concentration in sacred music.
Chris has been the organist at First Baptist Church for more than 20 years, and has been the Director of Music since 1998.
She is married, has two grown children, and one granddaughter.
