Yoga

Classes are:
Monday evenings from 7 - 8:15 PM and
Wednesday
mornings from 10 - 11:15 AM
in the lower level of the educational wing.
These classes explore:
- Traditional yoga postures for strength, flexibility and balance.
- Movement from the inner body.
- Energy awareness.
- Meditation and breathing techniques.
- Deep relaxation with guided imagery.
Participants report deep relaxation, increased body/mind awareness, more flexibility, reduced pain, better posture, increased concentration and the ability to breathe deeper
Class Information:
- No previous experience necessary.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Bring a mat or blanket and a belt or tie.
